Who am I? What do I do?

I have been working as a therapist since 1996 and have worked in various settings (Primary care, Sexual trauma, RELATE, mental health, infertility unit, cancer unit and private work).

I offer therapy in the following areas:

• Anxiety and related issues (excessive worry, obsessions & compulsions, panic and agoraphobia, phobia and . ,,, ...health anxiety)

• Sexual Trauma
• Grief, loss and bereavement issues
• Couple and relationship issues

Clinic working hours:
Weekdays 9:30 to 5 pm
Evenings : 5pm -7:30 ( at times dependent on availability)

£40....50 minute session
£60....Initial assessment session for CBT
£75....If sessions are being paid by an insurance company
